Terms and Conditions.
We aim to fulfil our orders as soon as possible; however we recommend that
our customers allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery to avoid any disappointment.
We would also like to advice our customers that in August and December many
of the European factories close. Unfortunately this could add to your wait.
Delivery and Installation.
Delivery to Mainlamd UK addresses is FREE, to arrange delivery to outside of the UK Mainland please contact sales@findthatchair.com
We shall deliver the goods to the address that our customer supplies. Delivery
times quoted on the web site are rough estimates only, and are subject to change.
The customer shall be advised of any change when there order is processed, at
which time our customer may cancel their order if they wish.
From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods they are the customers’
responsibility, the customer has to accept the goods when they are ready to
be delivered. If the customer is unable to do so then it is their responsibility
to organise another delivery date with the carrier.
Where the customer does not comply with our attempts to deliver the goods we
may, at our discretion, cancel the entire, or part of the order and charge the
customer for storage, shipping, and insurance of the goods and make a charge
for any shortfall in subsequent sale price.
We do not offer an installation, unpacking or assembly service. The responsibility
of opening boxes or crates lies with the customer. For large or heavy items
the customer agrees that they are capable of unpacking, lifting and assembling
the item they have ordered. Where this is not the case the customer must arrange
for assistance at there own expense.
Any delivery surcharges [i.e. Saturday delivery] applied is also applied again
in the event of a return due to non delivery attempt or a cancellation after
the goods have been dispatched.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before we can processed with you order. We accept
most major credit cards online.
In the event of non payment any outstanding amount will be charged interest
daily at 3% above Barclay Bank PLC base rate
Returns Policy and Guarantee.
In compliance with distance selling
regulations the allotted time to return goods is 7 days from the date you receive
them. We can only accept returned goods in their original packaging and in a
re-saleable condition
The customer shall be responsible for the cost of returning any goods for refund
or exchange, except in cases where the goods are damaged, faulty or wrongly
supplied.
A repair, replacement or refund can
be offered at our discretion. Replacement goods will be delivered when the courier
comes to pick up the item you want to return.
In the unlikely event of goods being
delivered faulty customers must notify us within 24hours of the delivery. By

Cancellation of Orders
If a customer wishes to cancel all or part of an order they must contact us
by phone 0n 0151 285 0975 or by e-mailing sales@findthatchair.com
before the order has been dispatched, or unfortunately they will have to pay
for the carriage of the goods.
We reserve the right to cancel items
ordered or an entire order for any reason whatsoever and will refund the full
price paid for each item. In such circumstances we shall endeavour to contact
you without delay to explain why a cancellation was necessary.
Product Information
At the time of order please check
the dimensions of the product as photographic images can be deceptive. Measurements
have been included where appropriate.
We would like to advise our customers
that colours/finishes shown on the web site are not a true representation and
should be considered as an approximation only. Colours/finishes may vary slightly
to the individual item.

No credit facility is offered
Title of the goods does not pass
to the customer until payment has been received in full.
No goods are tested or sold as being
appropriate for a specific purpose of use, unless expressly agreed in writing.
If any condition in this agreement
is deemed unenforceable or inappropriate then it shall be considered separate
to the rest of the agreement. This does not affect validity or enforceability
of the rest of the terms.
Any contracts entered into shall
be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
